I have been developing recipes and writing professionally about food since 2008.
As a daily contributor to The Kitchn, I develop vegetarian and allergy-friendly recipes and write about seasonal ingredients, wild foods, farmers’ markets, herbs, spices, and other topics related to cooking at home, usually accompanied by my own photography.
My recipes are also distributed through Tribune Media Services, appearing in publications like Chicago Tribune, Baltimore Sun, Charlotte Observer, and Hartford Courant.
